Ocean Swimming - Cantoo
The team arrived at Bondi at 8:30 for ocean swim training. We had a brush with fame with Michael Clark and Pat Rafter having an interview while we there. The beach was beautiful and the surf pretty flat with a few 3 footers coming through occasionally. Longy told us what to do to go through the surf and the mentors had a chat with us about fundraising.
